These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Condo Intel (the "Service"), operated by The Home Owners Listing Team @ RESF ("Condo Intel", "we", "our", "us"). By installing the Condo Intel GoHighLevel marketplace app, accessing our marketing site, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
Condo Intel is a GoHighLevel ("GHL") marketplace app that automates condominium board approval coordination. Features include AI document OCR + extraction, HOA application outreach, approval risk scoring, calendar task sync, and a chat-with-documents assistant. The Service runs as a third-party application installed into your GHL sub-account via OAuth.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to install applications on the GHL sub-account into which Condo Intel is installed. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account, including authorized users of your sub-account.
You retain all rights to documents, customer data, and content you upload, forward, or otherwise submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Condo Intel a limited, non-exclusive license to process Customer Data solely to operate the Service for you — running OCR, extracting structured data, building deal records, firing HOA outreach, answering your questions about the docs, and syncing the right data to your GHL sub-account.
We do not sell Customer Data. We do not train AI models on Customer Data.
To operate the Service we use the following sub-processors and pass relevant Customer Data to them only as needed:
Condo Intel surfaces information from documents and provides AI-generated analysis and recommendations. It is not legal, financial, real-estate, or tax advice. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for verifying any AI-derived information with qualified professionals before acting on it. Condo Intel does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of extracted data, approval scoring, or chat answers.
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including GHL, Anthropic, Mistral, Cloudflare, or Supabase outages), or force majeure events may temporarily affect the Service. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate prolonged outages.
You may uninstall Condo Intel from your GHL sub-account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk. On termination, your Customer Data is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Condo Intel's total liability under these Terms for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event will Condo Intel be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Condo Intel from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and where reasonable, by email to the support email associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
